A claim notification needs to be send out and a survey needs to be organized; several documents need to be collected and it is important to take all measures necessary to mitigate the losses as much as possible.
In such an event our survey services are your best starting point. After sending out the claim notification we will arrange a joint survey. During the survey we inspect the goods thoroughly to establish the damage. This survey is the basis of the survey report, which can be used in the recovery process of the damage.
